Role Description
As the Lead Marketing Analyst, you will:
- Partner closely with Marketing and Partnerships to guide budget allocation and campaign strategy through proactive, data-driven insights.
- Lead performance analytics across lifecycle, direct mail, and paid channels, helping the team identify what’s working, why, and where we can improve.
- Build clear, actionable dashboards and KPIs that connect marketing efforts to conversion, growth, and efficiency outcomes.
- Own and continuously improve our marketing analytics and campaign tooling, including platforms like Braze.
- Manage and support a team of Marketing Analysts while driving automation, scalable reporting, and strong cross-functional relationships.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in marketing or growth analytics, with a strong track record of influencing performance marketing decisions and leading a team.
- Experience analyzing multi-channel campaigns and understanding how lifecycle, acquisition, and partnerships work together to drive growth.
- Fluency in marketing performance measurement, attribution, funnel analysis, and ROI modeling.
- Comfort with SQL and experience using R or Python to uncover insights, run analyses, and support experimentation.
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, practical recommendations that build trust with stakeholders and enable confident decision-making.
