Role Description
We are seeking a Global Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and global growth of our Image Management Software and AI portfolio. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the product roadmap and translating global strategy into impactful regional initiatives across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. Working closely with commercial, marketing, and product development teams, you will drive successful product launches, enable regional teams through training and go-to-market support, and help expand our clinically focused digital pathology portfolio to achieve strong revenue growth worldwide.
What you will be doing:
- Demonstrate leadership of the Lean Business System.
- Implement Marketing and Product Management best practices.
- Represent and support the Business Units product portfolio globally.
- Create innovative marketing approaches that deliver leads, accelerate pipeline.
- Account for in-region country differences and optimize for customer experience.
- Responsible for training, product launches, and trade shows for the business units offering globally.
- Partner with regional sales leaders; understand and support the needs of the countries to achieve growth and revenue plans.
- Plan and execute marketing tactics and programs in line with the global marketing strategy.
- Drive effective communication to multiple stakeholders, including sales, customer service, and technical service.
- Participate in regional level pipeline and business reviews.
- Effectively lead, operate, and thrive in a global, matrixed, cross-functional environment.
- Play an active role in the global commercial team.
- Identify new market opportunities and manage market risks.
- Responsible for preparation of business cases and projects to global marketing leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of healthcare marketing/product management experience.
- 3+ years regional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Administration Required.
- Track record of leading marketing programs and aligning the organization behind them.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Lean business system preferred.
Requirements
- The hiring range for this position is: $102,000-$165,000 plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
