Role Description

itD is seeking a Project Manager – Content Management to support operational excellence across product security and cross-functional technical programs. This role will drive documentation management, stakeholder coordination, and reporting workflows that enable efficient project delivery and knowledge sharing.

  • Manage stakeholder intake and request triaging, ensuring timely responses and coordination with subject matter experts.
  • Own project documentation lifecycle, including creating, editing, and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, templates, and standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with research, security, and product teams to collect inputs and drive document completion.
  • Compile analytical reports and executive summaries to provide leadership visibility into program progress, risks, and improvements.
  • Facilitate structured document reviews and collaborative editing sessions to ensure accuracy, clarity, and timely approvals.
  • Develop training materials and knowledge resources to support internal learning and operational consistency.
  • Improve workflows and documentation systems by implementing scalable processes, templates, and knowledge management practices.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, technical writing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience creating technical or procedural documentation such as SOPs, runbooks, playbooks, or policy documentation.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Strong proficiency with collaborative documentation tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) and workflow tools.
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical information into clear written communication.
  • Experience producing executive-ready reports, summaries, or presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience using AI-assisted tools for drafting, editing, or documentation workflows.
  • Experience working in technology, consumer electronics, or product security environments.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management systems and documentation repositories.
  • Experience facilitating virtual collaboration and structured document reviews.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, Political Science, History, or a related field required.
