Role Description
We are looking for a Front-End Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting responsive, user-centric interfaces while ensuring seamless integration with back-end logic. While your primary focus will be front end development, we value a developer who understands the full stack and is eager to leverage modern automation and AI tools.
- Build and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Utilize jQuery and vanilla JS to create engaging user experiences and handle complex DOM manipulations.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that works across various browsers and devices.
- Work closely with designers and back-end developers to turn wireframes into functional reality.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Design, write, unit test, and document application code, including writing customized code, customized forms, and custom workflows.
- Read, interpret, and write clear, concise reports, requirements definitions, User Stories, detailed design documents, and online correspondence with clients.
- Participate in software design and architecture discussions to ensure the software meets the functional and non-functional requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years’ of related software development expertise.
- Strong command of JS fundamentals and the jQuery library.
- Expert-level knowledge of CSS (including preprocessors like SASS/LESS) and semantic HTML.
- Deep understanding of mobile-first development and framework-agnostic styling.
- Proficiency with Git for collaborative development.
- Experience with API development and Rest Web Services.
- US Citizenship required with the ability to pass a government background check.

- Experience with C# (.NET) or NodeJS to assist with full-stack integration.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to accelerate business solutions.
- Experience in working with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or integrating AI APIs into web interfaces.
