Job Description
Role Description
The Mission Department is seeking to appoint an Infield Mentor Teacher Trainer. This is a 12‑month fixed-term, part-time position, working 20 hours per week. The role will be fully remote and can be based in any country within the Pacific Area.
This position is central to the missionaries' role to 'Invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end.'
- Teacher Trainers are lead support level individual contributors.
- Responsible for ensuring that in-residence missionaries receive effective training by leading teachers.
- Conduct individual and group trainings.
- Facilitate ongoing improvement and coaching of teacher performance.
- Assist in overseeing the work of 10-15 teachers.
