Job Description
Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Stock Administrator to manage the day-to-day administration of Omada’s equity compensation programs, including RSUs, stock options, and other incentive plans. This role will ensure accurate recordkeeping, compliance with regulations, and timely execution of equity transactions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of equity plan administration, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in equity administration, preferably in a public company environment.
- Complete knowledge of equity compensation types (RSUs, stock options, ESPP) and related tax/regulatory requirements.
- Experience with equity administration platforms (e.g., Shareworks, Equity Edge, Carta).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to non-experts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Requirements
- Bonus Points for CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation.
- Experience in a newly public or high-growth tech company.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements.
- Experience integrating equity systems with HRIS and payroll platforms and building workflows with Alteryx.
