Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT Operations or Systems Administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior-level role.
- Expertise in the Microsoft Stack: Deep knowledge of Azure AD (Entra ID), Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune (especially in a GCC High or sensitive environment).
- IAM Mastery: Proven experience managing Okta, including integration with HRIS and automated provisioning.
- Network Security: Experience maintaining enterprise-grade firewalls and managing external MSSP relationships.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with NIST 800-171, CMMC, or FedRAMP frameworks.
- Project Management: Ability to manage high-stakes migrations (like Tenant-to-Tenant) with zero downtime for the business.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, ITIL, CISSP, CISM).
