Job Description
Job Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Project Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
- PMP or Agile certification is a strong plus.
- Prior experience with, or knowledge of, HR tech stacks, to include BI tools (Tableau / Power BI) and HCM systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience applying change management models and leading transformation/change involving multiple stakeholder groups at an enterprise level.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to aggregate and utilize data to influence decisions.
- Demonstrated experience generating impactful presentations that effectively communicate to multiple audiences, including senior and executive leaders.
- Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
- PMP Certification CORE Apprentice or Champion (RTX) or SAFe / Lean Portfolio Management
