  • Partner with Client Services to prepare analytics and insights for client discussions.

  • Lead the analytics portion of quarterly business reviews and annual performance presentations.

  • Translate program data into actionable recommendations that enhance engagement, outcomes, and overall program performance.

  • Advise on opportunities for clients to further partner with Navigating Care or OneOncology’s Real World Evidence team

  • Collaborate with Data and Product teams to refine metric definitions and improve data capture.

  • Contribute to the long-term analytics vision for Patient Education Solutions.

  • Elevate the team’s analytical sophistication and approach to insight generation.

  • Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

  •

  • Skill in synthesizing analysis into clear, compelling insights for internal teams and pharmaceutical clients.

  • Uses analytics to provide strategic recommendations that enhance program performance and client value.
