Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development or software engineering with strong skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience building LLM-backed tools involving prompt engineering, API integration, and automated evaluations.
- Demonstrated experience with at least one orchestration/agent framework (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar).
- Familiarity with RAG architectures, including vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) and embedding pipelines.
- Experience with workflow and integration platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, Temporal, or Airflow).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Vertex AI, Cloud Storage, and IAM, or comparable AWS or Azure infrastructure and tooling.
- Demonstrated experience with AI Coding assistants. AI tools are heavily ingrained in Bestow culture.
- Strong debugging skills; you can diagnose failures across prompts, integrations, APIs, and business logic.
- Knowledge of data security practices relevant to AI (PII handling, HIPAA, SOC 2).
- Experience with BigQuery and advanced SQL for data analysis and pipeline integration
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Docker, CircleCI, git, etc.
- Nice to have: Experience with LLM observability tools (LangSmith, Helicone, Braintrust) and MLOps practices.
- Nice to have: Background in insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries.
