• Work with our data engineering team to build and maintain data pipelines that ingest data from source systems such as EMRs, Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), infusion software, pharmacy software, etc. • Support the build out and maintenance of the company’s Snowflake data warehouse. • Manage transformations and data models to support analytics and reporting needs. • Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues and ensure data accuracy and reliability. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Sigma) • Work with stakeholders across operations, finance, clinical, and revenue cycle to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights. • Support development of standardized reporting for practice performance, patient access, clinical operations, and financial performance. • Define and build out key metrics for the company based on priority initiatives • Leverage modern AI features (e.g. Cortex Agents) to unlock self service capabilities within data stack • Help implement data governance practices including data documentation, data definitions, and data quality monitoring. • Support initiatives to standardize key datasets across the organization. • Assist with maintaining data lineage and data dictionaries.
