• Establish and communicate a strategic vision and product roadmap for clinical reporting at GeneDx, that delivers state-of-the-art tooling and value with urgency • Ensure predictable and low-risk delivery to end users by supporting coordination across the clinical operations and customer experience platforms within Product and Technology, along with operations team counterparts • Become an expert in GeneDx’s products and the ordering, order processing, interpretation, and reporting workflows that deliver them • Be a supportive and innovative strategic partner for collaborators in our operations teams. Establish shared operational goals with leaders, and center initiatives around meeting those goals. • Demonstrate leadership, collaboration, and influence skills by confidently making decisions about reporting initiatives, and by working with cross-functional teams to successfully execute those initiatives.
