Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field - recent graduate.
- Strong foundational understanding of accounting principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative spirit and a positive attitude, with a desire to work as part of a team.
- Have internship experience in an accounting or finance department.
- Have familiarity with general ledger systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
