Job Description
• Designing, delivering, and maintaining high-quality learning experiences that enable customers and internal teams to effectively use all Radicle Health solutions.
• Focus on asynchronous learning modules hosted in an LMS.
• Supporting customer-facing training delivery in partnership with Implementation Consultants, Support, and Product teams.
• Ensuring customers are confident, capable, and successful throughout onboarding and beyond.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, technical training, or learning experience design, including the use of Authoring tools preferable with AI competency
- Experience developing and managing content in an LMS, preferably Skilljar
- Strong ability to translate complex software workflows into clear, learner-centered instruction.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional CX, Product and Engineering teams.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE).
- Experience with EHR systems or healthcare software experience is a plus.
