Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous quality engineering and/or purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment to include raw material, stamping, fabrications and assembly of detail components.
- Auditing/ISO 9001 standard
- Strong Analytical and problem - solving skills, Lean Six Sigma knowledge
- Communication Skills: Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language. Bilingual preferred
- Low cost country supply chain experience
- Ability to read, analyze technical procedures, drawings, governmental regulations and quality management rules.
- Must communicate clearly with suppliers in written and verbal means
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to work independently
- Customer and supplier relation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Programs and Windows Operating Systems
- Strong knowledge in Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
