The Role
We are looking for a Brand & Graphic Designer to support Dream Opportunity’s visual identity, marketing materials, and website presence.
This role is focused on design execution and brand consistency. You will create graphics, presentations, and digital assets while also supporting updates and builds on our websites using no-code platforms.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
Location: Remote (Global Contract)

What You’ll Work On
Graphic Design & Brand Materials
- Design graphics for social media, presentations, and program materials
- Create branded templates, toolkits, and marketing assets
- Maintain visual consistency across campaigns and communications
- Support design for materials used with corporate partners and student programs
Website Design & Digital Support
- Build and update website pages using no-code platforms such as Squarespace or Webflow
- Design landing pages and digital layouts
- Prepare and optimize graphics for web and mobile formats
Creative Operations
- Organize design files, templates, and brand assets
- Implement design revisions based on feedback
- Support multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Canva design skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with no-code website builders (Squarespace, Webflow, or similar)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment
- Organized, responsive, and reliable
Nice To Have
- Experience working with nonprofits, education, or social impact organizations
- Experience designing presentation decks and marketing materials
- Familiarity with social media design formats
- Basic experience with UI or digital product graphics
