Job Description
Job Requirements
- Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, including virtual presentations.
- Proven experience in organizational change management, consulting, or facilitation roles.
- Strong workshop facilitation skills with virtual and onsite audiences.
- Expertise in communication planning, stakeholder management, and risk assessment methods.
- Ability to translate CAP and risk frameworks into customer specific strategies that support ERP change adoption.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills; able to influence executives and frontline users.
- Meet utilization targets and completes project deliverables on time.
- Experience with Epicor ERP or similar enterprise systems.
- Prior exposure to Epicor’s CAP methodology or similar change management models.
- Familiarity with ERP project risk frameworks, risk register development, and mitigation strategies.
