Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or Zoho tools is a plus
- Prior exposure to HR, recruiting, or startup environments is helpful but not required
