Job Requirements
- NABCEP Certification
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in customer facing field operations, construction, or related electrical or solar fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical individuals, especially for conveying concepts to customers with a wide range of technical expertise.
- Working knowledge of relevant industry standards – NEMA, NEC, IEEE, ANSI, UL, etc.
- Experience troubleshooting systems, products, electrical designs, etc.
- Strong executor that can push through obstacles and challenges to get to the finish line while maintaining impeccable quality and integrity.
- Successful track record for problem solving, idea generation, and program execution.
- An ability to listen - and translate what you are hearing into solutions - for both the customer and the company.
