  • Align transformation processes with the evolving industry landscape for optimal organizational outcomes.
  • Promote a transformative culture that encourages experimentation, agility, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

  • Partner with senior leaders across Finance, HR, DDAT (Digital, Data, Analytics, Technology) and other functions to ensure alignment and adoption of strategic initiatives.
  • Influence decision-making through compelling business cases, data-driven insights, and executive presentations.
  • Build strong relationships across the enterprise to foster collaboration and accelerate change.

Talent Development & Consulting Excellence

  • Mentor and develop internal teams in advisory and consulting best practices, including strategic analysis, business case development, and change management.
  • Create frameworks, playbooks, and training programs to build internal consulting capability.
  • Communicate with top management on change management capabilities and recommend training, resources, and tools to enhance employee skills.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within Enterprise Finance.

  • Proven mastery of problem-solving, decision-making, and growth mindset skills.

Preferred Qualifications
