• Own the product backlog—define and prioritize user stories, write clear acceptance criteria, and ensure the development team always has well-scoped, actionable work. • Gather and analyze business requirements to plan enhancements, system upgrades, and new product launches, translating them into tasks that drive process improvements and technical progress. • Lead weekly sprint planning and prioritization to ensure the right features are being built at the right time and for the right reasons. • Facilitate cross-functional alignment across developers, functional leaders, project managers, and senior leadership—keeping project direction well-defined and on schedule. • Communicate project expectations clearly and in a timely manner; deliver product demonstrations to stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization. • Proactively manage project dependencies, risks, change requests, and milestone deliverables to minimize disruption and maintain momentum. • Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility and shared understanding of deliverables. • Contribute to a culture of collaboration and transparency by championing well-defined processes and keeping teams oriented to shared goals.
