• Work alongside other designers to oversee the user experience of a product from concept to launch • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product managers, engineers, designers, analytics and researchers and use effective storytelling to drive the team towards a consensus. • Think and design at a system level rather than thinking about elements individually on the page • Deliver high quality designs with simple, intuitive user flows that showcase your understanding of the problem at hand as well as the business goals/requirements • Work with design systems to design, improve, and expand the components within the system • Give and solicit feedback from designers and the broader product team in order to continually improve the product.
