Job Requirements
- 7+ Years
- 6+ years of overall IT experience supporting enterprise systems.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS development and administration.
- Strong experience with core AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and Lambda.
- 3+ years of experience working with Amazon Connect or contact center technologies.
- Experience integrating APIs, serverless architectures, and cloud services.
- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code and automation.
- Knowledge of AWS security best practices, logging, and monitoring.
- Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AI/ML integrations and prompt engineering.
- Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices.
- Experience with Azure cloud services.
- Strong experience building integrations using APIs and serverless technologies.
