The Sales Development Advisor will be responsible for outbound dialing to generate interest in SelectQuote's insurance products, making up to 800 calls daily. Essential duties include overcoming sales objections to successfully transfer potential customers to a licensed insurance agent while meeting monthly transfer rate goals.
The Sales Manager will lead and support a team of sales professionals by coaching, mentoring, and motivating them to achieve goals, while also implementing effective sales strategies to drive organizational growth. Key duties involve strengthening client relationships, monitoring results, and fostering team development through feedback and training.
The role involves driving virtual service sales within a fast-expanding team, utilizing proven systems and mentorship to achieve performance-based rewards. Professionals will focus on growth within a collaborative environment that values accountability and continuous improvement.
