Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- One to two years’ experience that includes purchasing, bookkeeping and record keeping
- Strong organization, administrative, clerical, and follow-through skills
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Microsoft Word, and Office
- Ability to maintain and develop vendor relationships
- Ability to maintain confidential information and to communicate information regarding business issues strictly on a need-to-know basis
- Ability to motivate others and share the concept of ongoing improvement
- Knowledgeable regarding company policy and processes
- Must demonstrate commitment to personal and organizational excellence
- Proven track record of setting and achieving goals
