Job Description

• Gaining knowledge and experience in soccer sponsorship within the sports landscape • Supporting sales endeavors for Sponsorship and Media Sales at PassionateSoccerCoach.com • Researching and formulating perspectives on potential business leads for the company's properties • Curating and managing databases covering collegiate conferences and schools • Assisting in crafting proposals using PowerPoint and Word • Creating sponsorship asset valuations and conducting impressions calculations • Maintaining updates on agency and brand statuses • Conducting in-depth research on special projects and prospective clients • Updating credentials and refining pitch decks for presentations • Assisting in schedule management for Managing Partners • Contributing ideas and executing potential marketing solutions for advertisers and sponsors • Overseeing client activations, providing post-analysis, and suggesting future growth strategies

Job Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with a keenness for learning and multitasking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint, and familiarity with social media platforms
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
  • Preferred experience in sales, marketing, media, and a demonstrated interest in college athletics
