Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in human resources, business administrative, data analytics, finance or related field AND completion of a compensation specific internship OR ; Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, data analytics, finance, or a related field AND One (1) year of experience in data analysis, effectively utilizing Microsoft Excel to interpret and organize data.
- Three (3) years of healthcare compensation experience preferred.
- Experience with Workday.
- Experience with Compensation analytics tools such as Payfactors.
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience supporting health-systems.
