  • Provide technical and project management support for special initiatives for topical areas of health and resilience (e.g., cross-topic research syntheses, grant proposals and funding applications, knowledge repository creation and maintenance, strategic planning tools, pilots, or internal process improvements).
  • Contribute to efforts to cultivate relationships with external partners, including academic institutions, nonprofit organizations, and industry stakeholders, to advance collaborative research initiatives and knowledge exchange.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of post-university experience in the built environment and/or sustainability sector strongly preferred.
  • General understanding of high-performance green building/community design, construction, and operations.
  • General understanding of concepts related to climate risk and healthy buildings.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multi-stakeholder coordination and producing polished written and presentation materials.
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, urban planning, environmental science/policy, sustainability, international development, or a related field.

  • Experience coordinating projects or multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical information into accessible content.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with a diverse array of individuals and constituents.
  • Training or experience with quantitative or qualitative research methods is preferred.
