Job Description
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or field technician roles.
- Strong network troubleshooting knowledge including TCP/IP, switches, routers, and wireless networks.
- Experience with Ethernet cabling, patch panels, and basic network infrastructure installation.
- Solid experience supporting Windows workstations and common business applications.
- Experience installing and troubleshooting printers and peripherals.
- Ability to work independently while traveling and supporting remote sites.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, A+, or similar.
- Experience supporting multi-site environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise ticketing systems and IT documentation standards.
- Experience with VoIP phones, wireless deployments, or network monitoring tools.
- Travel Requirements
- 70–80% travel within the continental United States.
- Most travel will occur within Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.
- Ability to travel with short notice, sometimes the day before departure.
- Trips may last up to one week at a time.
