This role supports the corporate services organization to become data driven organization using Tango (currently in implementation phase).   Responsibilities include working with raw data to create a meaningful dashboard to help leaders understand office utilization, cost associated by site, and understanding cost by categories.  The role will also support data integrity and accuracy of the reporting that gets pulled out of other systems to gather the dashboards. Strong cross‑functional communication and problem‑solving skills are essential to ensure a smooth process  and high data integrity across all systems.

Your role in our mission

Systems Transition & Data Management

  • Lead the transition from IOffice (Eptura) and CAD/Office tools to Tango and associated space‑management platforms.
  • Oversee data migration activities, ensuring accuracy of security data, badge/access data, and positioning/location data.
  • Manipulate raw data, perform data cleaning, and build dashboards and analytics to support decision‑making.
  • Work with the Positioning Tool and Tango to support space planning, occupancy updates, and issue resolution.

Quality Assurance & Validation

  • Approve and validate test results to confirm that all requirements have been met.
  • Support quality control efforts to ensure smooth deployment and system stability.

Collaboration & Relationship Management

  • Work with multiple stakeholders across departments and levels of the organization.
  • Build effective relationships and adapt communication style to a variety of personalities and working styles.

What we're looking for

  • 9+ years as a Business Analyst or requirements liaison between technical and non‑technical teams.
  • 3+ years of experience in Medicaid/Medicare environments (preferred).
  • Strong Project Management background and experience working with senior leaders (CFO, Veritas, etc.).
  • Experience with IOffice or Tango preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (macros, advanced formulas, data modeling).
  • Experience building and interpreting dashboards, analytics, and spreadsheet‑driven insights.
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze raw data to produce meaningful reports.
  • Skilled in business process mapping and re‑engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical topics to non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide range of personalities.

The pay range for this position is $92,900.00 - $132,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
