Your role in our mission
Systems Transition & Data Management
- Lead the transition from IOffice (Eptura) and CAD/Office tools to Tango and associated space‑management platforms.
- Oversee data migration activities, ensuring accuracy of security data, badge/access data, and positioning/location data.
- Manipulate raw data, perform data cleaning, and build dashboards and analytics to support decision‑making.
- Work with the Positioning Tool and Tango to support space planning, occupancy updates, and issue resolution.
Quality Assurance & Validation
- Approve and validate test results to confirm that all requirements have been met.
- Support quality control efforts to ensure smooth deployment and system stability.
Collaboration & Relationship Management
- Work with multiple stakeholders across departments and levels of the organization.
- Build effective relationships and adapt communication style to a variety of personalities and working styles.
What we're looking for
- 9+ years as a Business Analyst or requirements liaison between technical and non‑technical teams.
- 3+ years of experience in Medicaid/Medicare environments (preferred).
- Strong Project Management background and experience working with senior leaders (CFO, Veritas, etc.).
- Experience with IOffice or Tango preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (macros, advanced formulas, data modeling).
- Experience building and interpreting dashboards, analytics, and spreadsheet‑driven insights.
- Ability to manipulate and analyze raw data to produce meaningful reports.
- Skilled in business process mapping and re‑engineering.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical topics to non‑technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide range of personalities.

The pay range for this position is $92,900.00 - $132,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
