Job Description
• Track project milestones rigorously to ensure alignment with anticipated completion dates.
• Proactively identify issues or risks that could impede timelines and work relentlessly toward resolutions.
• Manage delivery tracking and reporting including monitoring key metrics.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene within Jira.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership.
• Act as the primary coordinator for cross-team dependencies.
• Run agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, or a Scrum Master role within a software development environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Jira is required.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to speak the language of engineers and business stakeholders alike.
- Comfortable chasing down answers and holding people accountable to deadlines.
