IT Solutions Engineer / Analyst Senior | Boomi Platform Administrator 

Are you ready to be the driving force behind our enterprise integration platform? As a Senior IT Solutions Engineer/Analyst specializing in Boomi, you’ll manage, optimize, and support critical integrations that connect applications, systems, and data across the business. Your work ensures performance, security, and reliability across cloud and on-prem environments enabling seamless operations and digital innovation.

What your day would be like:

• Administer and maintain Boomi environments (Atoms, Molecules, Clouds) and related platforms such as Solace and THRU.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations to ensure data flows reliably and efficiently.
• Manage platform performance, apply updates and patches, and perform disaster recovery testing.
• Oversee security and access controls, including authentication, authorization, and certificate management.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business partners to optimize integration design and performance.
• Create and maintain documentation, audit logs, and performance reports.

• Boomi Expert: Hands-on experience designing, building, and administering Boomi environments and integrations.

Minimum Requirements

IT Solutions Engineer / Analyst III | Boomi Platform Administrator 

• Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field
• PLUS five (5) years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
• Requires strong technical knowledge within a job area or system and basic knowledge across related technical areas
  

IT Solutions Engineer / Analyst Senior | Boomi Platform Administrator 

• Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field
• PLUS seven (7) years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
• Requires advanced in-depth level of technical knowledge within a job area and working knowledge of other technical areas

Preferred Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Boomi platforms (Atoms, Molecules, Clouds), CAM, THRU, and Solace.
• Proficient in Linux and Windows operating systems within cloud (AWS, Azure) or hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, including APIs (REST/SOAP), data formats (XML, JSON), and CI/CD DevOps practices.
• Expertise in certificate management, renewals, and Identity Management Platforms (PING, Entra, B2C).
• Experience collaborating with infrastructure teams on firewalls, F5s, Azure App Gateways, and Microsoft WAF.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Boomi Professional or Architect Certification preferred.
• Experience in the utility or energy industry a plus.
  
  
  

Major Accountabilities

1) Plans and manages implementation and integration of new technologies
2) Researches and suggests new technologies to improve application performance
3) Provides technical expertise in developing architectural frameworks 
4) Provides architectural support for application development, enhancement configuration, and migration
5) Maintains documentation for system architecture for reference purposes
6) Designs and develops new integrations as required
7) Serves as a recognized engineering expert and defines solution requirements based on industry trends and new technologies
8) Identifies, creates and tests prototypes and innovative systems related to solution engineering through internal knowledge, experience, and market insights
