Job Description
• Assist senior-level staff in coordinating advertising campaigns for clients.
• Provide extensive proofreading support.
• Drive internal processes at Pivot, ensuring highly detailed information is shared and maintained with exceptional levels of accuracy.
• Proactively recommend new quality control processes.
• Collect and evaluate election information and program materials for accuracy.
• Submit and track edits for mail pieces.
• Collaborate with staff across departments to meet deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years (or 2 full cycles) experience with politics, organizing, advocacy, or labor unions; this may include internships, volunteer roles, and other relevant experiences.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; editing and proofreading are essential.
- Ability to develop, adhere to, and communicate reasonable timelines.
- Commitment to racial equity, social justice, and democratic causes.
- Proven experience managing deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Excel with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Special consideration will be given to candidates who also demonstrate: Previous direct mail experience.
