Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5–8 years in analytics, business intelligence, or insights roles, preferably within D2C or fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree a plus.
- Technical skills: Expert SQL skills, preferably proficient in at least one additional language (e.g., Python, R) and with one or more BI tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau); advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities; strong presentation skills in PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Big Data Fluency: Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and leveraging big data technologies or platforms to derive insights at scale.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to link analytics to business outcomes, influence company performance, and support strategic decisions with data.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior and cross-functional audiences.
- Bias for Action: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong prioritization skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and execution.
