We are looking for a Technical Field Manager in the Chicago, IL area for HVACi.  If you have experience working with HVAC forensics and leading teams, HVACi has the career for you!

Minimum Requirements:
  • Willing and able to travel up to 70%
  • EPA license is required
  • At least 5 years of Commercial Field Experience
  • Understands the process for determining cause of loss
  • Experience with working with a scheduling department and customer service representatives
  • Experience in conflict resolution with HVAC contractors or other similar field professionals
  • Experience speaking with adjusters or other similar field professionals
  • Strong computer skills
  • Focused, self-motivated, team player and teachable
  • Strong self-starter mentality
  • Great photography skills
  • Must be dedicated solely to Alpine Intel– no other HVAC business management duties/responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Include:
 
  • Perform forensic HVAC inspections in your local region but also extended to other surrounding hotspots as needed
  • Complete inspections within our defined service level agreements
  • Review field technicians work to ensure professionalism, technical competence, and accuracy
  • Test, use and understand our Apps – have the ability to coach and train field technicians on their functionality
  • Last minute travel arrangements are common 
Physical Requirements:  
  • Ability to work in an office or remote environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
  • Must be able to climb and use ladders to access buildings
  • Ability to stoop, bend, or crawl to access basements, crawlspaces, and confined spaces. 
  • Regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
