- EPA license is required
- At least 5 years of Commercial Field Experience
- Understands the process for determining cause of loss
- Experience with working with a scheduling department and customer service representatives
- Experience in conflict resolution with HVAC contractors or other similar field professionals
- Experience speaking with adjusters or other similar field professionals
- Strong computer skills
- Focused, self-motivated, team player and teachable
- Strong self-starter mentality
- Great photography skills
- Must be dedicated solely to Alpine Intel– no other HVAC business management duties/responsibilities
- Perform forensic HVAC inspections in your local region but also extended to other surrounding hotspots as needed
- Complete inspections within our defined service level agreements
- Review field technicians work to ensure professionalism, technical competence, and accuracy
- Test, use and understand our Apps – have the ability to coach and train field technicians on their functionality
- Last minute travel arrangements are common
- Ability to work in an office or remote environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
- Must be able to climb and use ladders to access buildings
- Ability to stoop, bend, or crawl to access basements, crawlspaces, and confined spaces.
- Regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
