About the Role
Beacon National Agency is looking for a driven Business Development Associate to help expand our client base and support individuals seeking financial protection solutions. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients, build relationships, and introduce strategies designed to strengthen their financial future. This opportunity offers the flexibility of remote work while providing training, systems, and mentorship to support your success.

What You’ll Do

  • Connect with prospective clients who are interested in financial protection strategies

  • Conduct virtual consultations to understand client goals and priorities

  • Introduce appropriate solutions such as life insurance, annuities, and Indexed Universal Life (IUL) policies

  • Support clients through the onboarding and decision-making process

  • Maintain follow-up communication to build long-term relationships

  • Work toward personal performance and growth targets
