Partnerships Sales Analyst  - Full Time / Remote

Position Summary

 

The Sales Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the growth and sustainability of ALPFA’s partnerships by focusing on sales pipeline development, partner outreach, and renewal management. This role is instrumental in helping achieve the organization’s revenue goals through proactive engagement, sales execution, and close collaboration with the Director of Partnerships. The ideal candidate is driven, organized, and skilled in relationship management, ready to contribute to ALPFA’s mission and expansion of corporate alliances.

 

First 3-6 Months Post-Onboarding

  • Renewal Goal: Assist the Director in closing 85% of renewal conversations with ALPFA’s Top 50 partners.

  • Lead Generation: Contribute 5-10 qualified leads per month to the sales pipeline, aiming for a 15-20% lead-to-partner conversion rate.

  • Onboarding and CRM Compliance: Complete all onboarding in ALPFA’s CRM and sales tools within the first 30 days and uphold 100% CRM compliance from Month 2 onward.

First Year and Beyond

  • Quarterly Partnership Targets: Secure 15-20 new corporate partnerships each quarter to fuel the sales pipeline and increase ALPFA’s corporate impact.

  • Partnership Retention and Growth: Sustain a high partner retention rate of 95% and achieve a 40% growth in annual partnership value through both new and existing relationships.

  • Revenue and Impact Growth: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets, supporting a 40% annual increase in partnership revenue and contributing to ALPFA’s broader mission impact.

 

Core Responsibilities

 

New Partner Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Proactively identify and engage new corporate partners through outreach, networking, and referrals.

  • Maintain a steady flow of qualified leads, targeting at least 10 new qualified leads monthly, with a 15-20% conversion rate.

Partnership Engagement & Retention

  • Support the Director in achieving a 95% retention rate for renewals by nurturing and consistently engaging existing partnerships.

  • Ensure high partner satisfaction, maintaining a 4.5/5 score in quarterly feedback surveys and meeting renewal targets.

Proposal Development & Conversion

  • Develop tailored proposals for prospective partners, aligning them with ALPFA’s goals.

  • Strive for a 20-25% proposal-to-contract conversion rate, tracking both proposal output and successful partnerships quarterly.

Contract Negotiation & Renewal Expansion

  • Negotiate and secure renewals with an aim for 100% renewal of assigned accounts, ensuring 75%+ of renewals include expanded services or engagement.

Revenue Targets & Financial Growth

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, supporting ALPFA’s overall growth strategy.

Operational Collaboration for Contract Fulfillment

  • Work closely with the programs and operations teams to ensure full contract fulfillment, resolving any service delivery issues within 48 hours.

ALPFA Representation

  • Represent ALPFA at events, conferences, and meetings to promote the organization and attract potential partners.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 3-5 years of experience in nonprofit development/advancement or for-profit sales/business development.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and project management tools.

  • Proven ability to strategically manage accounts, identify growth opportunities, and implement plans to maximize client success and revenue.

  • Skilled in written and verbal communication, able to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

  • Strong team player with a track record of working effectively toward shared goals.

  • Demonstrates good judgment in assessing and managing risks within a national organization; knows when to escalate issues.

  • Capable of persuading stakeholders and creating mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Experience in client relationship management, project coordination, and conflict resolution.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in client relationship and customer or partner success, preferably within the nonprofit sector, with strong CRM knowledge.

  • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage initiatives from start to finish.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing business development teams.

Salary & Compensation

 

Base Salary: The position offers a competitive starting salary of $70,000
