We’re seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Behavioral Health Assessor to serve  as a critical entry point to care for children, families, and individuals in our community. In  this role, you’ll conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, develop treatment  plans, and help connect consumers to the services they need to thrive.

Your Role 

As a Behavioral Health Assessor, you will:

• Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments and re-assessments for new and  existing consumers
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical best practices • Issue preliminary or official diagnoses (based on licensure level)
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of Behavioral Health Assessment (BHA)  packets, including legal documents, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Engage consumers with empathy and professionalism, even in complex or high need situations
• Communicate assessment findings—or barriers to engagement—clearly to internal  and external partners
• When appropriate, provide ongoing therapeutic services

What We’re Looking For

• Preferred: Associate-licensed (LAMFT, LAPC, LMSW) or fully licensed (LMFT, LPC,  LCSW) clinician in the state of Georgia
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (license-eligible  candidates encouraged to apply)
• 2+ years of experience using industry-accepted clinical assessment tools
• Experience working with at-risk children and families
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse populations • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Valid Georgia driver’s license and access to a laptop
