Your Role
As a Behavioral Health Assessor, you will:
- Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments and re-assessments for new and existing consumers
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical best practices • Issue preliminary or official diagnoses (based on licensure level)
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of Behavioral Health Assessment (BHA) packets, including legal documents, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Engage consumers with empathy and professionalism, even in complex or high need situations
- Communicate assessment findings—or barriers to engagement—clearly to internal and external partners
- When appropriate, provide ongoing therapeutic services
What We’re Looking For
- Preferred: Associate-licensed (LAMFT, LAPC, LMSW) or fully licensed (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) clinician in the state of Georgia
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (license-eligible candidates encouraged to apply)
- 2+ years of experience using industry-accepted clinical assessment tools
- Experience working with at-risk children and families
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse populations • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Valid Georgia driver’s license and access to a laptop
