In  this role, you’ll conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, develop treatment  plans, and help connect consumers to the services they need to thrive.

Your Role 

As a Behavioral Health Assessor, you will:

  • Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments and re-assessments for new and  existing consumers
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical best practices Issue preliminary or official diagnoses (based on licensure level)
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of Behavioral Health Assessment (BHA)  packets, including legal documents, diagnoses, and treatment plans
  • Engage consumers with empathy and professionalism, even in complex or high need situations
  • Communicate assessment findings—or barriers to engagement—clearly to internal  and external partners
  • When appropriate, provide ongoing therapeutic services

What We’re Looking For

  • Preferred: Associate-licensed (LAMFT, LAPC, LMSW) or fully licensed (LMFT, LPC,  LCSW) clinician in the state of Georgia
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (license-eligible  candidates encouraged to apply)
  • 2+ years of experience using industry-accepted clinical assessment tools
  • Experience working with at-risk children and families
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse populations Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid Georgia driver’s license and access to a laptop
