Job Description

• Drive growth and build meaningful client partnerships. • Identify opportunities, develop leads, and expand business across your assigned territory. • Shape solutions that fit each client’s needs, deliver polished presentations, negotiate contracts, and consistently hit — or exceed — sales targets. • Cultivate long-term relationships, provide best-in-class customer service, and collaborate closely with internal teams for client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales strategy, customer acquisition, and account management
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical capability in conducting market research and evaluating opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software platforms is required
  • Ability to work independently with effective time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 3-4 years of sales experience in manufacturing, packaging, or a related industry is highly advantageous
