The consultant will support the implementation of the WASH Work Plan and Knowledge Management under multi-country grants by strengthening internal communication, reviewing COARs and data, and building a baseline for the new Strategic Plan. Key tasks also involve developing WASH knowledge products, updating KM strategy, enhancing knowledge sharing platforms, and strategizing national WASH capacity building.

The consultant will systematically map the Geneva ecosystem, identify strategic partnership opportunities relevant to Safe Online's mission, and develop an actionable engagement strategy for leadership. Key deliverables include a comprehensive ecosystem analysis report, a prioritized partnership assessment, and an actionable stakeholder engagement strategy.

The consultant will conduct in-depth reference checks focusing on core values, competencies, and people management for senior leadership candidates, delivering a confidential, comprehensive summary report within approximately five calendar days of assignment.

The consultant will support five frontrunner countries (Haiti, Kenya, Madagascar, Nigeria, and South Sudan) in documenting the implementation of the Joint Action to Stop Wasting (JASW) and producing learning briefs. This involves providing technical and methodological support for data collection, analysis, and the preparation of country-level and multi-country thematic briefs.
