ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Software Development Engineer in Test, you will join our team as a hands-on developer passionate about quality and the optimization of testing processes. You will combine a developer’s mindset with a focus on quality assurance by leveraging Generative AI to enhance QA workflows and build robust automated tests. In this role, you will be responsible for the reliability of the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring seamless continuous quality checks across our core codebase and UI frameworks.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design and build automated unit and integration tests within our core codebase using .NET/C# or Java.
• Enhance and maintain the UI automation framework built with Playwright and TypeScript.
• Utilize Docker to create reproducible test environments that eliminate dependencies on shared infrastructure.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to transform QA workflows, from generating test data to optimizing automation scripts.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality checks.
• Own the reliability of the CI/CD pipeline for your squad by troubleshooting environment issues and timeouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive automation test plans based on software requirements.
