PRIDE Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. Help us realize our dream of offering a service-based delivery team that REFLECTS the PRIDE / LGBTQIA+ COMMUNITY! This position will deliver outpatient services to the LGBTQIA+ community in a culturally informed and competent way.

What You’ll Do:

 🔹 Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
 🔹 Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care.
 🔹 Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
 🔹 Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies.
 🔹 Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
 🔹 Participate in case management and team meetings as needed.
 🔹 Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary.

Who You Are:

Registered Intern or Independent Licensure in FL
 Bilingual; Spanish
✔ An experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work-life balance
✔ Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload
✔ Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability
✔ Skilled in time management and documentation
