The Building People, LLC, has an immediate opening for a Senior Building Automation Program Manager, DoD (Remote - CONUS Travel).  We are looking for an experienced professional who can work with minimal oversight to support a very fast growing and dynamic part of our business.  Specifically, the SPM will manage the deployment, integration and management of smart buildings and internet of things (IoT) technology within federal and specifically Department of Defense (DoD) facilities.   The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment where they can autonomously work with clients, lead team members and subcontractors to ensure project performance and delivery, and where appropriate identify growth areas for new work.  This is both a client facing and team management role, and the candidate will both manage internal delivery teams, and, as needed, function as a site superintendent for building controls projects.   
This position is remote when not traveling to support projects directly, though travel may be between 50% and 75% of the role.  Travel may occasionally be OCONUS.
