Role Description
Join a growing, mission-driven Non Profit mental health organization providing quality care to diverse communities across California. We are currently hiring Licensed clinicians for Telehealth and option of hybrid roles. In-person demand has increased, and availability for office-based sessions is a plus.
- Office locations: Culver City / Slauson and Buckingham
- Minimum caseload: 15 sessions per week
Compensation Structure:
- Clinical Session Rates (per completed session):
- $55 per session – up to 19 sessions per week
- $60 per session – 20+ sessions per pay week
- Administrative & Non-Clinical Work: Paid at $20 per hour
- Includes meetings, documentation support, care coordination, and approved admin tasks
Important Note on Clinical Pay:
- Sessions are considered complete only when documentation is finalized.
- Sessions without a completed and signed note will be paid at the administrative rate.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or PsyD)
- Minimum of 15 completed sessions per pay period
- Ability to pass background and reference checks
- Timely and accurate completion of clinical documentation
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Commitment to ethical and professional standards

- Strong clinical judgment and therapeutic presence
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment models
- Familiarity with DSM-5 diagnostics
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Reliable client engagement and retention
- Desire to grow within a values-driven organization
