Role Description

The Senior Front-End Engineer will play a pivotal role in developing the user-facing components of an AI-first forms platform, transforming complex legal workflows into intuitive, accessible, and high-performance interfaces. This role focuses on delivering a seamless experience for professionals interacting with multi-page forms, integrating AI-driven features to enhance efficiency and accuracy. You will collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to ensure responsive, maintainable, and scalable solutions, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and optimize code quality. • Develop responsive, high-performance web interfaces for complex form rendering, data entry, and validation using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Collaborate with product designers to implement pixel-perfect, accessible user experiences that simplify intricate workflows.
• Integrate front-end components with backend APIs and AI services, delivering real-time form mapping results and validation feedback.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability, maintainability, and defect-free releases.
• Optimize application speed, rendering, and responsiveness, ensuring the platform handles large multi-page forms efficiently.
• Utilize AI-driven development tools to accelerate prototyping, generate boilerplate code, and troubleshoot UI challenges.
• Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of front-end development experience with strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React preferred).
• Proven experience with Svelte is required.
• Mastery of HTML/CSS, including semantic HTML, CSS3, preprocessors (SASS/LESS), and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• 1–3 years of experience in agile or scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to leverage AI tools to increase development velocity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with backend engineers, product managers, and designers.
