You’ll design elegant experiences across web and mobile to give our patients simple, accessible ways to manage their care better than ever before, help expand our growing design system, and ensure we’re always delivering the best experience possible to our users by incorporating data and rapid user testing into the design process.
Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of relevant product design experience, ideally at a consumer-focused, product-driven company
- Experience creating complex user flows and interaction states
- Ability to explain and articulate design decisions
- Proficiency in creating high-fidelity mockups of your designs using Figma
- Experience working with and updating design systems
- Experience with A/B testing and usability testing
- Proven track record on using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform your design decisions
- Strong foundational design skills including an understanding of typography, color and layout
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with Product, Engineering and our various brand teams
- A portfolio that showcases your thinking, skills, and craft for design
- Passion about making health care more consumer centric and making care for specialized health conditions a better experience
Requirements
- Take user problems from concept, to visual design, to supporting its implementation across web and mobile platforms.
- Experiment through prototyping, testing, and iteration to build experiences our patients love.
- Rapid, intentional A/B testing and iteration.
- Participate in the discovery process to ensure that problem statements and hypotheses are driven from end-user and customer insights.
- Continuously seek and integrate user feedback and test results to optimize solutions.
- Give and solicit feedback from designers and cross functional partners in order to create innovative and practical solutions to business challenges.
Benefits
- The base pay range for this position is $100,000.00 - $120,000 per year.
- Robust and affordable Health, Dental, and Vision plan options
- Flexible time off policy
- Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- An annual incentive plan and stock options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
Bonus Points
- If you’ve worked in health & wellness and/or e-commerce (subscription preferred)
- Experience on projects that are subscription based or improve conversion
- Foundational understanding of software development and common languages used in building web applications, i.e. HTML, CSS and React principles
- Familiar with accessibility design requirements
