Role Description
Immediate need for a ServiceNow Developer for our customer based in the Healthcare Insurance sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for CSM ServiceNow application support, solutions and processes, supporting maintenance, continual service improvement, and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
- Key role in maturing Customer Service Products built on the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead ServiceNow delivery and work with key business units and process managers to build solutions and processes.
- Perform complex analysis, design, development, automated unit and integration testing, and debugging of computer software.
- Design, code, test, develop, and document application programs for computer systems.
- Work with end-users and project stakeholders to define system scope and objectives.
- Manage modifications to and maintenance of operational programs and procedures.
- Lead stakeholder and product owner meetings to define software requirements and create highly complex systems.
This position is a long-term contract position with the strong possibility of conversion to FTE status with our customer. Although remote, we are seeking candidates who reside in one of the following states: Washington DC, MD, VA, WV, NC, PA, DE, NY, NJ, TX, FL.
Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certification Required - any Developer version acceptable.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, specifically within the Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Must have worked on the Zurich version of ServiceNow.
- Experience in implementing templates and dashboards in the ServiceNow platform.
