- Warm, outgoing, and highly emotionally intelligent, with a unique ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
- Confident communicating via the written word and conversationally.
- Respectful of processes and regulations, but bold enough to know when to advocate tactfully for the sake of the project.
- Driven by a “do it right” mindset with a high bar for excellence; thorough and detail-oriented.
- Flexible and growth-oriented, open-minded about new ways of doing things.
Benefits
- Fully remote position with a small but mighty team.
- Opportunity for advancement.
- Comprehensive training in the Authentica Way of producing.
- EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) structure.
- Competitive compensation.
- Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and compensation may vary based on individual qualifications, skill level, experience and competencies.
What You’ll Do
- Write and support production of clinical, persuasive, primarily interview-driven videos about life-changing medical technology for audiences including clinicians, patients, and employees.
- Work with clients to conceptualize projects by helping to define audiences (clinician, patient, or blended), messaging priorities, speakers, and video format.
- Assist in assessing clinical context, patient experience, and storytelling approach to ensure balanced, audience-appropriate content.
- Contribute to on-brief development, including clinical goals, patient storytelling considerations, tone, and compliance guardrails.
- Help shape concepts that integrate clinical evidence with human experience in a respectful, authentic way.
- Conduct background research to support clinically accurate and emotionally appropriate storytelling.
- Lead pre-interviews with clinicians, patients, and caregivers to assess story fit, comfort level, and narrative direction.
- Build rapport with patients and families, navigating sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism.
- Conduct interviews on site or virtually, ensuring participants feel prepared, supported, and respected.
- Draft and revise video scripts, outlines, and discussion guides.
- Translate clinical and scientific information into clear, accurate, and engaging narratives for healthcare professionals.
- Shape patient stories that reflect individual experience while appropriately contextualizing clinical information.
- Adapt tone, structure, and language based on audience, format, and subject matter.
- Support regulatory, legal, and quality review processes by tracking feedback and incorporating revisions.
- Ensure patient and clinician content aligns with approved claims, consent, and compliance requirements.
What Success Looks Like

- Pre-interviews and interviews are conducted with professionalism and high emotional intelligence, resulting in authentic, usable stories that align with both patient experience and client intent.
- Scripts clearly and effectively deliver the client’s message, integrating clinical accuracy and patient perspective while staying true to approved positioning and tone.
