Role Description

As a Trinium Implementation Consultant, you will:

• Lead the Trinium implementation at our new California warehouse.
• Configure the application for our operations.
• Build and test integrations.
• Train our team.
• Troubleshoot issues.
• Get us to go live successfully.

Qualifications

• Trinium Application Expertise: Hands-on experience setting up and configuring Trinium, including site implementations from start to finish.
• Order Management: Understanding of Trinium's business logic for order management, capable of designing workflows, setting up routing rules, and configuring the system for complex order scenarios.
• Integration Experience: Experience building integrations between Trinium and other systems, including warehouse management systems, accounting platforms, and order management systems.
• Technical Configuration: Ability to configure Trinium independently, including system setup, user permissions, workflow design, and business rule configuration.
• Problem Solving: Quick diagnosis of issues during implementation and ability to find solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, document work clearly, and keep project teams informed about progress and challenges.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Must be based in California or willing to work California business hours.
• This is a remote position.
