Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager at Financial Europeans. You will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients and content creators, resolving issues or concerns, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for preparing reports, offers and presentations as well as drafting emails and contracts, keeping updated CRMs at all times and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial. The role involves explaining marketing strategies to influencers, as well as conveying the influencers' needs and concerns back to the financial companies maintaining balance at all times.
- Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships is key. This involves networking skills, a friendly demeanor, and the capacity to manage diverse stakeholders' expectations and needs effectively.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, keeping them on track in terms of budget, timeline, and delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient with digital tools and platforms, including Excel, CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Trello, ClickUp), and social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok). Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Independent working capability in a remote setting.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
